Garden soils, lawn blends and building sands tipped where you want them, Cowaramup to Augusta. Sand from $50/t, soil from $95/m³, with materials and delivery in one price — by the trailer load, double load or 10 tonne truck load.

This is the one thing that catches people out. Mulch is light and bulky, so a trailer load is limited by space. Sand and soil are the opposite — a cubic metre of damp sand weighs somewhere around 1.5 tonnes, so a trailer load is limited by weight, not volume.
In practice that means a trailer tops out near 1.5–1.6 m³ of sand, not the 5.5 m³ you'd get in mulch. If you need more than about two cubic metres, a truck load is almost always the cheaper way to get it — one drop instead of four trips.
How much do I need?
Soil and sand jobs vary far more than mulch, because the right depth depends entirely on what you're doing:
The calculator on the homepage will do the arithmetic from your measurements if you'd rather not.
Which one
Vegie / Garden Blend ($130/m³) — the one for productive beds. Rich, dark and ready to plant into, so it suits raised vegie boxes and new ornamental beds where you want growth this season rather than next.
Soil Conditioner ($125/m³) — not a standalone growing medium. This is what you dig through tired existing soil to bring structure and organic matter back into it. Margaret River's sandier blocks benefit from it most.
Landscape Blend ($125/m³) — general-purpose bulk fill for shaping beds, building up levels and backfilling. Cheaper than a garden blend and perfectly good where it isn't the top 100 mm.
Lawn Blend ($95/m³) — sandier and free-draining, formulated to level and topdress lawn without holding water at the surface. The right choice under new turf.
Aged Horse Manure ($60/bucket) — sold by the bucket rather than the metre. Well rotted, for digging into vegie beds ahead of planting.
Fill / House Pad Sand ($55/t) — the cheap bulk option for raising levels, filling holes and building up a pad. Not screened, not pretty, and doesn't need to be.
Screened Sand ($50/t) — run through a screen to take the coarse material out. General-purpose and the best value on the board.
Brickies Sand ($80/m³) — the orange-yellow sand mortar is mixed from. Consistent grade, which is what matters when you're trying to keep mortar colour even across a wall.
Grit Sand ($85/t) — coarser and sharper. Used for rendering, screed beds and anywhere you want drainage rather than water retention.
Plasterers Sand ($130/t) — fine and clean, for plaster and render coats where a coarse grain would show in the finish.
Playground Sand ($130/t) — washed and screened so it's clean enough for kids to dig in. Soft underfoot and free of the sharp material you'd find in a fill sand.

Where we deliver
All delivery fees include GST.
Because sand and soil are weight-limited, a trailer load means about 2.4 tonnes rather than a full 5.5 m³. A double load is two trips the same day at one bundled price. Past that, ask about a truck load.

Tell us the material, roughly how much, and your suburb. If the volume you're after would take more than a couple of trailer runs, we'll price it as a truck load instead and say so.
